How are the offices set up?
The Birch, Pine and Cedar offices each have a table desk with an executive chair and a side chair. In addition, there is a corner chair grouping for a more informal discussion. The Willow office has a table desk and a larger meeting table that sits 4-6, perfect for small meetings or for working on a large project. Because Suite 34 is an end unit, each office and the Maple Conference Room have windows that allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation.

How far in advance do I have to book an office or the conference room?
Offices and the Maple Conference Room are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking as early as possible will help to ensure space is available when you need it.

Is Internet access available?
Yes. Suite 34 has a secure wireless Internet connection available.

Is there a speaker phone and/or conference calling available?
Yes, a speaker phone is available that also has conference calling capablility.

Is there a printer onsite?
Yes, Suite 34 offers its clients access to a color wireless printer during regular business hours. While there is no charge for small print jobs, if you use the printer frequently, a donation of paper or a contribution to printing costs is welcome.

Yes, Suite 34 offers its clients access to a color wireless printer during regular business hours; this printer can also scan and fax documents.

How many people can the Maple Conference Room hold?
The Maple Conference Room has a large oak conference room table with eight executive chairs. Smaller side chairs can be placed around the periphery to accommodate an additional 5-7 people.

Can I host a luncheon or dinner meeting in the Maple Conference Room?
Yes. While you must make your own arrangements for pick up or delivery, food is allowed in the Maple Conference Room. There is also a kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and sink for your convenience. All trash and food must be removed from the site upon your departure. The Links page of this website has contact information for a number of Londonderry Commons restaurants; all of these eateries are located at 44 Nashua Road, Londonderry, and are within walking distance of Suite 34.

Does the Maple Conference Room have a projector and screen available for use?
Yes. However, clients must bring their own laptop computer to connect to the projector and pay a $10.00 fee for its use.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Suite 34 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure PayPal account. Please visit the Purchase page to purchase hours online with your credit card.

Can I take the projector and screen off site?
Yes, under certain terms and conditions the portable screen and projector may be available for short-term off-site rental. A security deposit in addition to the fee is required. Suite 34 LLC also has a personal portable PA system available for short-term off-site rental as well. Please call for pricing and availability.
