Pricing
Office and meeting spaces are available by the hour, day, week or month. Special packages and weekend rates are also available.
Standard Hourly Rates
$22.00 per hour for an office.
$35.00 per hour for the Maple Conference Room.
Executive Rate
Book 10 hours per month in advance to receive our Executive rate of $18.00 per hour. The Executive rate includes a link to your business from our website and a special rate of $25.00 per hour for the Maple Conference Room.
BNI/BPW Member Rate
Business Networking International (BNI) and Business and Professional Women (BPW) members in good standing pay just $16.00 per hour for an office and $20.00 per hour for the Maple Conference Room. This option includes a link to your business or organization from our website.
Standard Monthly Rate (office only)
$500.00 per month.
